Our first submission was in response to QAC’s efforts to extend the air noise boundaries around Queenstown Airport.
We challenged that growing Queenstown Airport would invest enormous infrastructure into the wrong place. We were concerned that insufficient effort had been made to assess alternatives to its dual airport strategy and encouraged it to look for new greenfield opportunities near Tarras.
